We are going to have a busy week this week.  It is the last week of school here, so we have awards days and an 8th grade graduation ceremony.  Two of these will be a repeat from last week.  Once because we had some unexpected guests and ended up ordering pizza.  The other is from an unexpected meeting at the high school (aren’t kids great at springing those things last minute), so we ended up eating out.

Here is my menu for this week:

• Chicken Paprikash with spaetzle and peas

• The Blue Mill Tavern Loosemeat Sandwich with french fries and apples

• Shepherd’s Skillet with green beans

• Japanese Mum’s Chicken over rice with steamed veggies

• Curried Red Lentils with rice, naan, and salad

• Italian Wedding Soup with french bread

• Breakfast for Dinner: Sausage and Gravy with biscuits and fruit.

I have a pie shell in the freezer, so I think I will make a milk tart.
